How can we help you
Who we are
Saint Leonards is in one of the most deprived council wards in East Sussex. With inequalities caused by various socio-economic factors, lifestyle, and poor access to services.
Due to these issues many young people and families slip through the cracks. We at Progress Network believe that all individuals regardless of age, ethnicity or humble beginnings should have the opportunity to become the best version of themselves.
Our aim is to provide an environment with activities that reverse the lack of opportunity by providing support through talent and skill development via youth-led social engagement programs.
We aim to support the progression of marginalized children and young people within our community as there is a desperate need for a trusted, local organization that can work with BAME children and young people to prevent negative behaviour as well as find ways to develop positive lifestyles and a positive achievement mindset.
Who we are
Progress network believes that every individual regardless of age, background, and ethnicity has the right to engage and have a positive impact within their community. We believe that connecting, sharing experiences, and celebrating the enriching culture that Hastings has will achieve this and will be a sustainable asset base for community development.
Our aim is to provide activities that will reverse the lack of opportunities in the general area and provide support in education, training, and life choices, through skills development and youth-led social engagement programs which can build infrastructure and relationships to sustain greater community cohesion and integration”, and support the individual progression of marginalized children and young people within our community
There is a desperate need for a trusted, local organization that can work with BAME children and young people to prevent negative behavior and engage and find ways to develop positive lifestyles.
